We welcome young athletes attending a trial practice before deciding if they want to commit to joining Jr. Laker wrestling.  If your child is interested in attending a trial practice, please download the waiver (PDF) linked above.  Next, send us an email at jrlakerwrestling@gmail.com so we can align on a date and time that works for your child.  You will need to bring the signed form with you to the practice.
